Use of the Service is also subject to the Terms of Use.

Article 2 — Service description

release.wtf is an online software ("SaaS") that allows the creation, management and distribution of event pages (drops, product releases, launches) with calendar file generation (.ics, Google Calendar, Outlook), stats, embed widget and shareable calendars.

Article 3 — Plans and pricing

Two plans are offered, as one-time payments:

TVA non applicable, art. 293 B du CGI. Prices shown are net, with no French VAT to add.

The Seller reserves the right to change pricing at any time. Changes apply only to new purchases: any Customer who has already subscribed retains the pricing in effect at the time of payment.

Article 4 — Order and payment

The order is placed from the /?p=pricing page of release.wtf after creating a user account. Payment is processed by our provider Stripe Payments Europe Ltd. (Ireland), which also handles transaction security and PCI-DSS compliance.

The Customer warrants that they have the necessary authorizations to use the chosen payment method. Payment is due immediately upon order.

The order becomes firm and final upon Stripe payment confirmation. An invoice is made available to the Customer in their personal area.

Article 5 — Service activation

The Service is activated immediately upon Stripe payment confirmation (usually within seconds). The Customer is notified by email and by notification in their personal area.

Article 6 — Right of withdrawal

In accordance with article L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code, the consumer Customer has fourteen (14) calendar days from payment to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to justify their decision.

⚠️ Waiver of the right of withdrawal for immediate execution: by validating their payment, the Customer expressly requests immediate execution of the Service before the end of the withdrawal period and acknowledges, in accordance with article L.221-28 13° of the French Consumer Code, losing their right of withdrawal once the Service has been fully performed. As the Service is activated instantly upon payment, no refund may be claimed under the right of withdrawal from the first effective use of the Service.

This provision does not apply to professional Customers (Article 7).

Article 7 — Professional Customers

Professional Customers (users buying for the purposes of their professional activity) do not benefit from the right of withdrawal provided by the Consumer Code. Once made, payment is firm and non-refundable, subject to legal warranty cases and specific provisions of these Terms.

Article 8 — Plan upgrade

Article 11 — Account deletion by the Customer

The Customer may at any time request the permanent deletion of their account from the My account page (irreversible action, in accordance with GDPR article 17). Deletion entails loss of access to the Service and all associated data. No refund will be due for a deletion initiated by the Customer before the end of the paid period.

Article 12 — Warranty

release.wtf undertakes to provide the Service with diligence under a best-effort obligation. Exact performance (availability, speed, completeness of features) is not subject to any guarantee of results.

Legal warranties of conformity (article L.217-4 et seq. of the French Consumer Code) and hidden defects (article 1641 of the French Civil Code) remain applicable.

Article 13 — Liability

release.wtf's liability is limited to the amount actually paid by the Customer during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the damage.

release.wtf cannot be held liable for indirect damages (loss of revenue, damage to reputation, data loss caused by the Customer themselves), nor for unavailability due to force majeure or third-party provider failures (hosting, payment, email).

Article 14 — Personal data

The processing of the Customer's personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy, GDPR-compliant.

Article 15 — Changes to the Terms

release.wtf reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Changes apply to new orders from the date of publication. Customers who have already subscribed remain subject to the Terms in force on the day of their purchase (version 2026-05-01 as of today).

Major changes will be notified to the Customer by email with reasonable notice.
